Nest Realty Group Wins Most Innovative Brokerage Award

Congratulations to Jonathan and the whole team at Nest Realty Group in Charlottesville for winning the Most Innovative Brokerage Award at this weekend’s Inman Innovators Awards in San Francisco (part of their Real Estate Connect event). The awards recognize companies that use technology and innovation to enhance the real estate experience for consumers and real estate professionals.
Nest was up against some steep competition…as the other finalists in the brokerage category included @properties, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Coldwell Banker and Redfin. It’s a testament to their original idea (a new kind of brokerage experience) and great execution. It’s also a great a case study on how to launch a new venture in the midst of an industry crisis. Stand for something good, and people will follow.
