Addy Time

We had a great time at Friday night’s Addy Awards event, and were super excited to win awards for some fun 2008 projects. First off, many thanks go out to the whole AdFed crew who organize this giant effort each year on behalf of the advertising/design/communications community. It’s a ton of work, and this year’s event was great. The format was perfect…it gave you time to review all the work at your leisure and catch up and share a drink with friends. And the mini burgers and mac n’ cheez were tasty.
The Hook website walked away with Best of Show and Best of Interactive awards, which was especially cool because it was such a collaborative project. It took collective input from the entire Blue Ion/Hook design and programming teams to pull it off (it also shows what’s possible when you just let things flow).

We’d like to thank our client partners on all of these projects for their bold visions and unwavering support (that sort of includes Rich who was the client and face talent on Shave-O-Matic), as well as the creative partners it took to deliver on each…photographers, writers, video producers, illustrators, and more. Here’s to more fun and success in 2009.
