Health Care 2.0

By robert | November 22, 2008

Hello Health is an interesting new subscription-based health care model that uses technology as a “dashboard of primary care” for all communications and administration. The first Hello Health practice recently opened in Williamsburg, a neighborhood in New York City.

They love technology - you can talk to them through the site, iPhones, emails, texts, phone calls, instant messages, video chat, or face-to-face conversations. Everything’s online, from making appointments to accessing your records.

It’s a smart idea, and another good example of communicating on the customer’s terms. Not the company’s.
