Run Up A Hill

Ran a fun but painful trail race in Asheville this weekend. The weather was perfect and the leaves were prime. But 17.8 uphill miles resulted in blood, sweat and tears. Fortunately, the blood wasn’t mine. I carried a video camera to share the joy.
