Fire In The Hole

Yesterday we celebrated Brian’s birthday in the only way imaginable…a glorious all-you-can-eat wings buffet. Things were quite pleasant and all, until Josh started popping off about how hot some of Wild Wings flavors were…and I started popping off about being able to eat lava. One challenge led to another, and the next thing we know the waitress delivered two of their infamous Braveheart flavor wings (described on the menu as “So hot you can lose your head over it”). She mentioned that the cooking staff had fun adding extra punch to the sauce on account of Josh’s cocky attitude…and that she wanted to watch while we attempted to eat them. After much encouragement from weaker ones in the group, we did eat them. And while the burn was intense (symptoms include instant eye/lip sweat, dizziness, tingling, shortness of breath and overall agitation) it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. And a quick desert trip to Wendy’s for a Frosty extinguished the flame for good.

I didnt see any of you try a wing…unless you go back, order one and eat it WITH all the HOT stuff on it, then you have no room to talk. GET WORKED KIDS.
