Party at The Cigar Factory

Mayor Riley just stopped by the BI office, in preparation for the Cigar Factory opening party tonight at the Cigar Factory.
They’ve even got the red carpet rolled out - literally. Be here at 6 to hob-nob with Charleston’s robustos and check out the fancy new sales center. Pics coming shortly.
